Our dealers
"Audiodistribution" product portfolio is sold to limited number of authorized dealers according to our dealer policy guidelines:
Products are sold solely through qualified outlets (showroom stores, Hi-Fi dealers, installers)
A coordinated range of products is available for demonstration to customers
Qualified personnel, trained and certified by the brand distributor
A dealer is purchasing goods, exclusively represented by the distributor on the territory of the Russian Federation, from the distributor only. Purchasing of aforementioned goods from any third party constitutes a violation of the terms of authorization
Pricing for used, substandard and obsolete goods should contain an explicit indication of the reason for price reduction, as agreed with a distributor. The rule applies to any goods priced over 10 rubles in order to avoid reputational risks for premium brands
"Audiodistribution" goods should not be placed on any Internet resource anonymously
(websites, marketplaces, private advertising sites). When placing their information on such
resources the dealer should clearly include company data (name, website, contact details)
Prices for any products placed by a distributor on any website, market place, private
advertising site (Avito, Youla, Ebay, Yandex Market, Iz Ruk v Ruki, etc.) must adhere to the company policy
The dealer's website should contain the full model range of the distributor's brand,
including prices and general brand information (company profile, product assortment, key
benefits, etc.)
All product information to be offered to customers, including possible special conditions and marketing programs, should be agreed with the distributor
Any marketing activities and programs, including loyalty card programs, should be agreed with distributor
